Westburne, a national electrical supplier, was looking to combat a growing challenge in the electrical distribution industry. Increasingly, electrical product customers turn to online retailers like Amazon for their purchases. Westburne’s marketing team enlisted IVY to execute a brand update and a content marketing campaign to articulate Westburne’s competitive advantage.

After getting to know Westburne’s business operations, we realized that the company’s real stock-in-trade wasn’t electrical products, it was client service. Westburne employees pride themselves on knowing their customers and the right electrical equipment to meet their needs.
